Success doesn't come to you…you go to it!

life is complex, so time to get a grip!

Complexity of life

Life is complex with continuous change and lots of external factors. But you can still manage life and take ownership. Life coaching can help you with that. Just like a business has to manage its strategy and operations, you can manage your life and significantly improve your life quality.

Well being is related to the extend in which needs are satisfied in the various life areas. By using the paradigm of evaluation, planning and execution, well being can really be improved in quantum steps.

balance your life

Variety of needs

Planning your well being is not superficial nor egoistic. Needs can be related to getting a pay rise, or that beautifully new house but can also be related to your role in a welfare foundation, helping your family, having a more spiritual life or mental and physical health.

Online Life Coaching

Life coaching is the most convenient way to get grip of your life again. It is not always going to be an easy ride. But you probably will enjoy it more than you can imagine and feel better right from the start. It might just be one of your best decisions ever.

01

Acknowledge & Accept

The fact you being here, means you are at least in this step already. You are looking to improve!

Blaming and feeling sorry for yourself is not going to change your life. Accepting and acknowledging ownership of your future is prerequisite to starting with self improvement.

Of course, there are circumstances that you can’t change. It’s all about how you deal with them. It is possible to make some circumstances less important and use others to your advantage.

02

Review & Plan

After acknowledgement and acceptance comes the real and the fun work!

It is time evaluate the various aspects of your life. This can be as simple as giving a grade to various aspects such as health, friendships, family life, sports, work and financial health, among others. After that, it’s time to evaluate why you rate them like you do.

Next thing is goal setting. Think of how you would like to see the various aspects of your life (we call them ‘life categories’). Try to be realistic here, but never be modest. This is your ideal picture of what your life could look like.

After you set the end goal, you can break it down into (sub-)goals and action for the coming months (like ‘update my resume’ or ‘plan a family day out’). But it can also include starting new habits (simple as like ‘drink a glass of water after getting up’ or ‘eat fruit twice every day).

Write everything down and use this as you life guide and plan. Even without having actioned on anything yet, this helps you realize even more, you are behind the wheel!

03

Act & Enjoy!

Now that you have you life plan ready, it is time to make things happen.

This is the time for courage and action based on your well-thought-out plan. In the step before you have listed the actions needed to get where you want to be. So it doesn’t mean resigning your job, without having something else lined up. But it might mean, time for updating your resume and talking to recruitment agencies, or making a business plan.

Even the smallest of actions will help you improve your life and make you feel better. You will be reviewing your life on a monthly basis. This means going back to step 2 and finetune your plans.
